1.How do we handle the money?

At TLHC, safeguarding player funds and offering rake-free games is our top priority. Your wins and losses at the table are your own, but we aim to provide fairness beyond that. Dedicated wallets:

TLHC manages funds in dedicated crypto wallets holding USDT or USDC. Each wallet has a strict limit on customer funds and serves no other purpose. Once your money is transferred to TLHC, it remains in that wallet until you decide to withdraw. The funds in TLHC's crypto wallets must always cover the chips in play at the club. No credit is given; instead, chips are transferred after a deposit is made and deducted upon withdrawal. We understand that our stringent procedures may deter some customers, but TLHC is a non-profit initiative aimed at providing a fair, organized, and sustainable limit hold'em game. While other private clubs may offer additional deposit methods if you pay $10 per poker-pot won, we prioritize a streamlined process with minimal third-party fees. Therefore, cryptocurrency without any credit is the sole deposit method.

We have selected USDT and USDC as depositing coins because they are stablecoins, ensuring the player chips' value remains equivalent to 1 dollar. Please note that each chip in the club is valued at 10 USDT or 10 USDC, depending on your deposit choice. However, due to potential fluctuations in the crypto market, the value of your chips may slightly vary from 10 USD. Our system is designed to maintain the stability of the deposited funds and ensure availability for payouts to members who withdraw.

2.How do I make a deposit?

To initiate a deposit, add TLHC on Telegram or WhatsApp and state, "I'd like to deposit XX TLHC. for my member ID XX" These chat-services are recommended, but if you prefer not to use them, you can email members@limitholdemclub.com. You will then receive the cryptocurrency address to send funds to via this medium. Membership must be set up through the same medium first.

If you're worried that TLHC may have been compromised and might give an incorrect address for fund transfers, and you seek an additional layer of security, please request extra verification at the club before proceeding with the transfer. Here's the procedure:

Private Table: TLHC will set up a private, anonymous table that is password-protected.

Verification Code: The club will issue a verification code via the communication medium you're using (Telegram/WhatsApp/email). This code you use in the club to access the private table. This confirms that the person you're in contact with holds an administrator role within the club before you transfer your funds to the cryptocurrency address provided in the same medium.

Involving somebody else:

If you do not want to deposit cryptocurrency on your own, you may forward the TLHC-address to a contact of your choice. You will still receive this information in the same medium you used to become a member (WhatsApp, telegram, email).

TLHC cannot assume responsibility for any deposits or debts incurred if you allow someone else to manage your crypto-transfer. During the Beta Launch phase, the club will attempt to assist you in finding a TLHC member to make your crypto deposit. However, there is no assurance that we can find a member for you, and this assistance is expected to be available only during the Beta phase. You may also independently find a contact to forward the crypto-address to and have them complete the transfer on your behalf. Please be aware that TLHC accepts no liability for any relationship and potential debts with that individual, and any financial disputes must be resolved between you and the third party should you choose to involve someone else.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any transfer fees, commonly referred to as 'gas,' for your cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. It is advisable to deposit via the most cost-effective medium, which is often USDC on the Polygon network. You will be informed of the transaction fee before any transfer, allowing you to decide whether to proceed with the current method or seek a less expensive alternative.

3.How do I make a withdrawal?

For withdrawals, you initiate this in the same medium you become a member and sat up the deposit in. State I would like to withdraw "XX TLHC from my ID XXX."

In this medium you may transfer money back to the same crypto-wallet you used for the deposit without additional verification at the club. However, if you want to withdraw to a different wallet, you will need to join a private table using the provided passcode to confirm access to your account in the club.

If you always wish to require an additional verification process for withdrawing funds from the club, please indicate this when you become a member or make a deposit. This will mean that you must always verify ownership of your club account before TLHC disburses funds to any address you specify for this purpose.

4. Please be patient and wait

TLHC does not employ paid personnel such as agents, nor do we allocate funds for marketing. The philosophy of TLHC is to retain the funds within the player pool to enhance the poker experience, which means we do not divert money from the game to immediately staff personnel for handling your deposits and withdrawals. We will address your request at the earliest opportunity. Therefore, there may be a delay in our response after you contact us for deposits or withdrawals. Please understand that after making a deposit, you can participate in essentially a rake-free game, and receiving funds from a withdrawal a few days later is preferable to paying thousands of dollars in rake and sometimes not receiving the funds at all.
